Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Notice
YAT respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using our website.
Filing a DMCA Notice
If you are a copyright owner, or authorized to act on behalf of one, and believe that content on our website infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice.
Required Information
Your DMCA notice must include the following information:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including its location on our website
- Your contact information (address, telephone number, and email address)
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

Counter-Notification Process
If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us.
Counter-Notice Requirements
Your counter-notification must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the content that has been removed and the location where it appeared
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed by mistake
- Your name, address, and telephone number
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district
Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, we have adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers.
We may also limit access to our website and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
False Claims
Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages.
We reserve the right to seek damages from any party that submits a false DMCA notice or counter-notification.
Processing Time
We will process valid DMCA notices as quickly as possible, typically within 24-48 hours of receipt. Upon receipt of a valid notice, we will:
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content
- Notify the user who posted the content
- Provide the user with a copy of the DMCA notice
Content Verification
While we strive to ensure that all content on our platform is legally compliant, we rely on our community and copyright holders to report potentially infringing material.
We do not pre-screen content but will investigate and take appropriate action upon receiving valid complaints.
